Great experience with my first purchase from Robert Dyas. They had exactly what I wanted in stock at a fantastic price and with next day delivery available I was very happy.

Basically I ordered a new fan and I booked a set date of 20/7/22 , and I am a carer for my son and husband, and we needed a new fan urgently, and that is why I ordered from you, but I have just received a email and it is now arriving on 21/7/22 , I am not very impressed with your company and what is the point of choosing a set date when it does not happen

Buyer beware.. I ordered something believing I was purchasing from Robert Dyas directly. My order has not arrived and when I contacted RD - they told me that they had received lots of complaints about the actual supplier who it seems i'd purchased from. Their TrustPilot rating is shocking - had I known it was a 3rd party i would have never ordered from them.

Quality bag and perfect for my short haul flight. Was fast delivery and would recommend the bag.

Very impressed with clarity of website, product pictures & descriptions, ease of ordering & speed of delivery - along with the ability to track my parcel. I usually shop in-store but as this was a bulky & heavy item, decided to buy online. It was a great experience & one I'll happily repeat in the future.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Received my garden table and opened it to find the leg was split and table unusable contacted Robert Dyas via email which sent a automated response that they would contact in 72 hours, went on the chat which was useless and eventually said they would arrange to collect it and then once checked back at depot they would send out a replacement…. That never happened so I contacted them again to say don’t bother with the replacement, summer will be over, so still waiting for them to collect and give me a refund

Worst Ever Buying Experience & Customer Service Purchased A Fan 12/ July 2022from Broadwalk Shopping Centre Edgware £19.99 When Arrived To Collect The Fan Was So Small . Told The Store That that was Not Suitable They Would Refund My Purchase They Did Not . Purchased Another fan from the same store £24.99 Waited on Refund Not Forthcoming Phone Customer Service Today 20/7/2022 Waste of Time So Unhelpful After Waiting 30 Minutes On The Phone Awful I wILL Never buy Anything From Robert Dyas The Buyer Protection is Not Their A Furious Customer .

Bought a pair of jbl wiresless headphones and and been using them for under 2 weeks and already the left pair doesn’t work! I’m appalled by this and expected jbl to do better. Don’t understand how this happened but apparently is common in jbl headphones. Not worth the money I want a replacement

Paid for next day delivery for Monday didn’t arrive I called up they said it will be delivered Tuesday again no delivery so I called up today and they said it will definitely be here today before 5pm and still nothing has come will never shop with Robert dyers again no point in having a swimming pool now summer is nearly over ! And I really needed it for Monday and Tuesday and customer service is awful been waiting on the phone for over 40mins
